2025 AGM – 1st December, 8pm Church Hall
NOTICE is hereby given that the 30th Annual General Meeting of the St Lawrence Friends’ Heritage Trust which will be held at St Lawrence Church Hall on Monday 1st December 2025 at 8.00 pm for the following purposes:
- To hear the Chairman’s Report.
- To receive and adopt the financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2025.
- To re-elect Neil Franklin as Honorary Chairman.
- To re-elect Irene Elwin as Hon Treasurer.
- To re-elect Charlotte Brehaut as Hon. Secretary.
- To re-elect as a member of the Executive Committee, Caroline Clark who retires by rotation.
- To re-elect as a member of the Executive Committee, Frances Harding who retires by rotation.
- To elect David Reid to the Executive Committee as a new member
- To re-appoint John Findlay as Independent Examiner.
- To consider for election as an Honorary Officer or to the Executive Committee any individual for whom nomination papers have been received by the Secretary not less than 48 hours before the time appointed for the meeting

(Signed copies of the minutes of the AGM held on 25 November 2024 will be available to read in advance on request). The meeting will consider nominations proposed and seconded in writing by any member of the Trust for Honorary Officers and election to the Committee, such nominations to be delivered to the Chair at Budle Cottage, Bagshot Road, Chobham, Surrey GU24 8DE not less than 48 hours before the time appointed for the meeting.
